Webhooks and the API

Send queue events to a CRM, point of sale or your own system as they happen.

Webhook endpoints

  1. In Integrations, under Webhook endpoints, press Add endpoint.
  2. Enter the address that should receive events (it must be public and use https) and pick the events, or leave all of them.
  3. Copy the signing secret Klargy shows once. Your system uses it to check each delivery really came from Klargy.
  4. Press Test to send a sample event, and Log to see recent deliveries and their responses.

Failed deliveries are retried for about 15 hours. Turn an endpoint off to pause it without losing its settings.

Building your own connection

Klargy Connect is the same API that Serenity Health EMR uses: issue tickets for your own visits or bookings, call and send people on, embed the desk in your app and get signed events back. There are TypeScript and Python libraries, and a sandbox workspace to test against. Ask us for the developer guide when you are ready to build.
