Locations

One location per building or branch, each with its own QR code, screen and opening hours.

Add a location

  1. Go to Locations and press Add location.
  2. Enter the name people know it by and its address. Choose its time zone so opening hours and appointments line up.
  3. Save. The location gets its own QR code, display screen and join page straight away.

Your plan sets how many locations you can have. Billing shows what you use.

What belongs to a location

  • Services: a service can run at one location or several. Services with the same name are shared and count once against your plan.
  • Desks and rooms: each one sits at a location.
  • Patient flow: each location has its own flow. Press Patient flow on the location’s card to open it.
  • QR code and display screen: one of each per location.

Removing a location

Deleting a location also deletes its services and today’s queues. If you only want to stop people joining for a while, pause its services instead.
