Your logo, colour, address and the details you collect.

Logo and colour

Under Settings → Branding, upload your logo and choose your colour. They appear on the join page, ticket pages, screens and emails. Plans with own branding can also hide “Powered by Klargy”.

Workspace address and custom domain

Workspace address is the yourname.klargy.com address staff and customers use. With a plan that includes it, Custom domain lets you use your own, such as queue.yourclinic.com: add the DNS record Klargy shows, and it checks it for you.

Look people up in your own records

Data sources lets reception look up an existing patient or customer by phone or ID from your own records, CRM or database, so their details fill in. Under Settings → Check them against your records you can require that check when people join.
