QR codes and joining

Print the code

1. Go to QR codes and choose the location.
2. Download the ready-made poster, or the code on its own as a PNG.
3. Put it where people arrive, at eye level. Test it with your own phone before you print a batch.

What people see

The code opens the location’s join page. No app is needed. People choose the service, give the details you ask for (Settings decides which) and get a ticket page that shows their place, an estimated wait and when to come forward.

Staff can also add people at the desk or reception, and a tablet in the lobby can serve as a kiosk: open the kiosk link from the location’s card in Locations.

Choose what you ask for

In Settings, choose which details people give when they join (name, phone, email, or your own fields), which are required, and whether names show on screens. Screen privacy can show first names and initials only.
